We want to help you extend the life of your Globe Hope product. This is why we offer almost lifetime repair service for our customers.

If your beloved Globe Hope bag or apparel has seen some rough times and needs some repair, you shouldn't just throw it away! We will repair it free of charge within 12 months of the purchase.

We will be happy to repair your product also after a year but will ask for reasonable compensation. We hope for understanding if the product is irreparable. For example, 10 years old bags with several tears might be impossible to repair.

How does it work?

Bring or send your Globe Hope product to our Nummela Store (Harjutie 14, 03100 Nummela, Finland). If you fill send the item by mail, please contact us first by email info@globehope.com.
We will confirm the repair and send the item to our atelier.
After the item is repaired as new, we will let you know and schedule the pickup/delivery.
