All orders are processed and delivered from our warehouse in Nummela.

Prices and payment

All prices include VAT at 25.5% (24% before 1.9.2024). Orders shipped within the EU will be charged at the tax rate of the country of delivery. Orders outside the EU are paid at checkout without VAT.

Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery method chosen and will be indicated at the time of ordering before payment is made.

Gift cards and discount codes

Due to the technical features of our online shop, it is not possible to combine more than one gift card or discount code in the same order. Please ensure that you activate the gift card or discount code at the checkout. Forgotten gift vouchers or subcodes cannot be refunded afterwards.

Return or exchange

The customer accepts the terms and conditions at the time of placing the order.

The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.

Please attach the return form that came with your order, or print the return form below.

Use the return label that came with the package. Instructions for returning your parcel by Post here and by Matkahuolto here.

If you don't have a return address card, you can return the parcel, using either the Post Office or Matkahuolto return address. Use the address on the return form you have chosen as the return address.

If you return the entire order, we will refund the postage fee charged for the basic delivery (3,90€ for small parcels by Post, 6,90€ for other deliveries). For Home delivery and Express delivery, the additional postage is non-refundable (i.e. if you have ordered a Home parcel or Express delivery, the postage to be refunded to you is 6,90 €). For partial returns, the postage is non-refundable.

For orders placed from 1.9.2024 onwards, a return handling fee of 5,90€ will be charged for all returns, regardless of whether you return the whole order or only part of it.

The handling fee will not be charged if the customer wishes to exchange the product for another one.
If the customer returns the product without an exchange, the handling fee (5,90€) will be deducted from the refund to be returned. The refund will be paid to the customer's original method of payment or alternatively as a gift voucher to the online shop.

For unclaimed packages, we charge a return shipping fee of 6,90€.


Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt and verification. Once the return is accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method as the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or home delivery.

Liability for errors

If the product delivered is faulty or does not correspond to the order, the customer has the right to make a complaint. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time from the time the defect was discovered.

Handling of the complaint:

  • The customer should contact customer service by email (info@globehope.com).
  • The defective product can either be exchanged for a new one, repaired, or the customer can receive a price reduction or cancel the transaction, depending on the situation.
  • Our online store will be responsible for the return costs of the faulty product.
