A bag "VALOA FOR UKRAINE" was created to support Ukraine
UKRAINAN TUKEMISEKSI SYNTYI KASSI "VALOA UKRAINALLE"
Ukrainan sota ja ukrainalaisten hätä puhuttelee meitä kaikkia. Heti sodan puhkeamisen jälkeen me Globe Hopella pohdimme olisiko jotain, mitä voisimme tehdä omalta osaltamme auttaaksemme Ukrainaa kriisin keskellä. Mietimme mitä me osaamme parhaiten ja niin syntyi ajatus Ukraina-kassista Ukrainan lipun väreissä. Otimme yhteyttä materiaalintoimittajiin ja ompelijoihin tiedustellaksemme lähtisivätkö he talkoohengellä mukaan tekemän hyvää yhdessä. Vastaanotto oli heti todella positiivista, saimme nopeasti mukaan eri toimijoita yhteistyöhön.
YHTEINEN HALU TEHDÄ ASIOITA HYVÄN PUOLESTA
We were particularly warmed by the fact that our partners immediately identified with the idea that even small things matter. At the same time, the action serves as therapy to ease the pain that the situation must cause in each of us. So we quickly got our partners to join us in working together for a good cause, and so a blue and yellow canvas bag in the colours of the Ukrainian flag was born, named VALOA FOR UKRAINE, after our bag design "VALO".
GLOBE HOPEN VALOA UKRAINALLE -kassi on valmistettu kokonaisuudessaan talkootyönä. Kaikki tarvikkeet, kankaat ja ompelutyö ovat saatu lahjoituksena. Kassi on kevyt ja helppo kantaa mukana. Näin jokainen, joka haluaa olla mukana tukemassa kriisin keskelle joutuneita, voivat osoittaa solidaarisuuttaan ukrainalaisia kohtaan kantamalla mukanaan kassia Ukrainan lipun väreissä.
KOKO MYYNTITUOTTO OHJATAAN UKRAINAN HYVÄKSI PELASTAKAA LAPSET RY:LLE
Right now, Ukrainian children and families are at risk of being wounded, traumatised and displaced. The organization "Save the Children" is helping Ukrainian children by providing clothing, shelter, food and finding lost family members. Support is provided in primary health care by distributing hygiene supplies to families and health workers. Children and families need psychological support in Ukraine and neighbouring countries to help them recover from traumatic experiences. Save the Children offers a wide range of support to those in need.
Globe Hope's goal is to raise at least €10,000 for Save the Children through the sale of cloth bags. Our aim is to create a community show of solidarity with the people of Ukraine. The Ukraine bag costs 25€ and the proceeds will be donated in full to Save the Children for children and families affected by the conflict in Ukraine.
