Return or exchange
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable
products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.
We offer free exchange and return within Finland. For exchanges and returns outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.
Please attach the return form that came with your order and use the return label that came with the package or ask us for the return code by e-mail (info@globehope.com).
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method
used to place the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or
home delivery.

The bag is designed to be extremely versatile. You can use it as a traditional small bag by holding the shoulder strap or carrying it on your shoulder. When needed, you can convert it into a clutch bag by removing the shoulder strap. The short length of the shoulder strap also allows it to be converted into a sling, thanks to the metal clip fastening.
The AITIO clutch bag is perfect for a variety of occasions, be it a party, dinner or daytime use. It is spacious enough to hold your essentials such as your phone, keys and payment cards. This way you can keep your belongings organized and easily accessible.

The materials of this bag are second rate seat belts. The lining of the bag is a surplus blended fabric. New parts are the metal zipper and other metal parts. The strap of the bag is made of artificial leather.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
You can hand wash the product in water at 40°C. Individual stains can be removed by brushing or with a damp cloth, for example by using soap.
