The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable
products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.
We offer free exchange and return within Finland. For exchanges and returns outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.
Please attach the return form that came with your order and use the return label that came with the package or ask us for the return code by e-mail (info@globehope.com).
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method
used to place the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or
home delivery.

MATERIALS
The materials used for this bag are recycled military raincoats, and recycled and second quality seat belts. The lining of the bag is a surplus blended fabric. New parts include a metal zipper and other metal parts. The zipper pulls on the inside pocket of the bag are surplus and vary from product to product.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
You can hand wash the product in water at approx. 40°C.
Individual stains can be removed by brushing or with a damp cloth, for example using bile soap. However, avoid hard rubbing and coarse-bristled brushes, as excessive rubbing can cause the fibres of the belt to break.
