The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act
. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable
products in their original packaging with the hangtag attached.
We offer free exchange and return within Finland. For exchanges and returns outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the transport costs.
Please attach the return form that came with your order and use the return label that came with the package or ask us for the return code by e-mail (info@globehope.com).
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded using the same payment method
used to place the original order. We will not refund any additional costs incurred for express or
home delivery.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Leather is a natural material, which is subject to surface irregularities and slight colour differences. A genuine leather product may also lose colour when wet. Leather may stretch if the bag is overweight or overpacked.
Treat a new bag with a moisture-protecting spray. This will protect the bag from moisture or dirt. Treat the bag regularly with a moisturising conditioner.
Handle the leather bag with clean hands to avoid grease spots. However, if stains do occur, remove them as soon as possible with a cotton cloth. Avoid excessive water, but use a soap suitable for leather, such as Marseille ecological soap.
If your bag gets wet, let it dry in peace and quiet, out of direct sunlight. Once dry, you can treat your bag with a moisturising conditioner. Never rub a wet bag, as rubbing can damage the surface of the leather.
Fill an unused leather bag with bubble wrap or other soft padding to keep its shape and avoid leaving folds in the leather. Store the bag in a bag or inside a cotton pillowcase, for example.

Ihana laukku, mutta yksi tähti lähtee hihnasta, joka ei mielestäni sovi laukun tyyliin. Vaihdoin tilalle vanhasta laukusta nahkaisen hihnan ja nyt on tosi kiva.
Laukku on kaunis ja hyvän kokoinen, mutta tämän kokoisessa laukussa jo jään kaipaamaan pientä sisätaskua pienemmille tarvikkeille. Ja toiseksi, jos laukussa on enemmän kuin puhelin ja lompakko, laukku ei pysy kiinni.
Laukku ei ole jämäkkää nahkaa niinkun toinen kuva antaa ymmärtää. Veltto pussukka ohutta nahkaa, halvan oloinen.
